Steve and Diane Rossa are lifelong Cleveland residents and enjoy sharing all it offers with visitors. They know the popular sights and the “off the main street” spots that will provide an understanding of Cleveland’s history, people, culture, and neighborhoods. Both are well traveled and display their passion for Cleveland with people from all over the world.

SeeCle can customize a personal and informative tour fitting to your interests and schedule. Here are some ideas to help plan your tour!

  • We can stop for a quick look around, take a photo, or have a coffee or snack

  • Choose your desired sites or topics

  • 48 hour notice is recommended

  • We can offer some our suggestions on places and activities during your visit

  • SeeCle operates all year, 7 days a week.

  • The vehicle is cleaned before and after tours with sanitizers, vacuumed frequently and we wear face masks and welcome you to do likewise.

Steve Rossa

Steve is a lifelong Clevelander with a passion for this great city and what it has to offer. He has traveled throughout Ohio the past 35 years for both business and recreation. Steve will help you discover why Cleveland was voted highly ranked in travel and leisure magazine…right behind Vienna…the best kept secret in the U. S. and how our cultural attractions, cuisine, and communities match up to larger U.S. cities without the cost and congestion. SeeCle tours are designed to offer a personal, informative, and relaxing sightseeing in Cleveland.

Gail Ribelli

​Gail is an elementary school Literacy Specialist and a 20-year teaching veteran of Ohio history. She enjoys reading, history, and traveling to new areas throughout the US, Europe, and beyond. She has a welcoming personality that makes visitors feel comfortable and pays close attention to every detail on her tours.

​You can be sure Gail has done her research on the places you will visit and will provide some facts and stories to keep your interest. She really knows how to keep a group of school age students engaged during group tours.

Edward W. Rybka

Edward Rybka’s professional career in the public sector focused on enhancing the quality of life for Clevelanders and those in Greater Cleveland.  Ed’s engagement in Cleveland city government continued for nearly four decades.  He served for 20 years as the Cleveland City Councilman representing the Slavic Village area of the City.

Mayor Frank G. Jackson appointed Ed the Director of the Building and Housing Department in 2006. In 2014 the Mayor appointed Ed to the position of Chief of Regional Development. In that capacity he oversaw six departments related to citywide planning and economic development, including Cleveland’s two airports.

Ed graduated from John Carroll University and Cleveland State University College of Law. He was admitted into the Ohio Bar in 1981.

Ed and his wife, Janine, the former director of the Cuyahoga Soil & Water Conservation District reside in the historic Moreland Courts in Cleveland’s Shaker Square neighborhood.  They are the proud parents of Keith and Hallie (Michael).

Diane Rossa

Diane has been involved in the Cleveland community throughout her professional and volunteer careers. Her experience in economic development, urban affairs, and higher education give Diane a wealth of information to share with visitors. Her travels abroad enhance her appreciation of the wonderful assets that exist in Cleveland.

Along with her expertise of the unique shopping and foodie establishments Cleveland has to offer, Diane knows the arts, culture, and entertainment happenings around town. And if you want a good cup of coffee or souvenir, she has plenty of choices in mind.

Pat McGraw

Pat is a proud resident of northeast Ohio, having been born and raised there. He graduated from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio. His wife Mary Jo is an RN, and they raised their three daughters in northeast Ohio.  All of them attended and graduated from Ohio colleges; namely the University of Dayton and Ohio University. Today one of them is a first grade teacher, another is a VP of digital marketing at a Chicago-based bank, and the third is a television meteorologist in Cleveland. They have five grandchildren ranging in age from 1 to 11 years old. They root hard for Cleveland-based sports teams and enjoy all the wonderful aspects of living in that part of the country. This includes the rich ethnic diversity of Cleveland, great restaurants, world class medical care and cultural attractions, excellent educational choices, four distinct weather seasons, a beautiful lake and park system, and sincerely nice people. Pat is retired from a sales career with a Fortune 500 company. That work allowed him to travel extensively throughout the United States and some other countries. It provides him perspective regarding Cleveland and the many aspects of it that make him and his family happy to reside there.  

FAQ

Can I reschedule or cancel a tour once I’ve booked it?

Yes! You can reschedule by doing this and that. Same thing with canceling.

Do I have to pay upfront?

We accept payment in person before the tour. If for some reason you need to pay before the day of, please contact us at info@see-cle.com and we can discuss your needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks, or cashiers checks.

Can I do multiple tours or customize my tour?

Yes, you can customize your tour by booking the Custom Tour buttons on our booking page, and then specifying then and there what you’d like to do. You can do as many tours as you’d like that fit within daylight hours and our schedule.

Can I schedule a tour over the phone?

Yes, you can call us 8am-5pm ET at (216) 287-0807.

What if I or someone else in my party needs to use the restroom or wants to stop pull over?

Some of our tours already contain stops! But of course, we will accommodate any guest at any time within reason. You are free to stop and start your tour at any time. Just let your tour guide know during the tour.

Do you sanitize the car in between tours?

Yes, we sanitize with recommended car disinfectant in between every tour, as well as wash and vacuum the car frequently. We wear face masks when required, so no worries. You may wish to do so as well.

I have a child. Do you have a carseat?

We’re sorry to say that we do not have a carseat at this time.

Is your vehicle handicap accessible? And are all the destinations handicap accessible?

Our 2018 Chevy Equinox is not handicap accessible. But, we offer custom tours, which, when booking, you can request a handicap accessible car and we will do the whole tour in that vehicle.
